data-envelopment-analysis's Issues

Question about RNN models,

I read your blog and search for the related repos, panday1995/2020-LC_DEA-Transport and panday1995/Data-Envelopment-Analysis and panday1995/2020-carbon_allocation.

In the panday1995/2020-carbon_allocation, I find the LTSM prediction is used in DEA modeling as inputs, would you like to give some clues about the reason to choose RNN preprocessing on data?

I quickly go through all three papers you mention, but I don't find the related explanations.
