WHEN HostUser runs the test-suite or a-test
AND the internet connection is available
AND there is an UPGRADE available on PyPi.org
THEN Notify HostUser that "New version of nRoBo is available on PyPi. Do you want to upgrade?"
AND Execute an UPGRADE
IF HostUser affirmative
ELSE skip the upgrade
AND proceed run test-suite.

Describe the bug
Updrade does not work when applying --suppress switch.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run nrobo command=> nrobo --suppress
2. Observe that upgrade prompt is still displayed to the user.

Expected behavior
Upgrade prompt should not be displayed to the user.

Describe the bug
When running pytest nrobo command using subprocess.check_call(), test suite is running twice which it should not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the test nrobo -n 10
2. Observe how many times a testsuite runs. Note "Test session starts..." text

Expected behavior
The test session should start only once.

Additional context
It is noticed that the test session starts twice when using subprocess.check_call() method to run nrobo pytest command.
