You're using a ton of his code from http://blog.stevenlevithan.com/archives/date-time-format . Nothing in the MIT license says you HAVE to give him credit, but it seems kind of uncivil not to at least put a comment in about him being the original author of a lot of the code. He's on GitHub as https://github.com/slevithan , too.

Would be great to see some i18n examples of how it would be possible to get translated day/month names and a locale based date format. Or should this better not be part of a "lightweight" library?

D8.create('01.' + (4) + '.' + 2013).yesterday() gets to Sat Mar 30 2013 23:00:00 GMT+0100 (CET)

yesterday substracts 1 day without the timezone offset and because of the winter/summer time switch the yesterday function returns a wrong date
