Azure Pipelines on dev.azure.com are no longer producing artifacts

Unable to download any of the latest binaries as the Azure pipelines have stopped producing artifacts.

The last run that produced artifacts (binaries) is 20201201.1:

Starting with 20201201.2, no more artifacts are being published:

Vulkan build support

I found that only meson will build vulkan, but meson doesn't work on windows...

Build with LLVM10 fails

Prebuilt binaries?

Hi,
by pure luck just found your new project..
seems you already did a 0.1 release but with no binaries..
as I'm interested in trying that Vulkan CPU driver,
do you plan on adding prebuilt binaries to this or later releases?

Instructions unclear

I'm trying to use this for debugging a vulkan application, but it doesn't seem to work. In your instructions in the README, it says to copy a vulkan dll, but I do not see any DLLs whatsoever. :/
