Instructions


  1. Feynman Writing Prompts - Write out explanations of the following concepts like you are explaining it to a 12 year old. Doing this will help you quickly discover any holes in your understanding. Ask your questions on Slack.

    • Callback Functions : these are functions that are returned from functions
    • Closure : A closure is a function that has knowledge of the variables of the function where it was defined
    • arguments array : this is a list of arguments that are passed to a function.
    • recursion : A way of looping through a collection by repeatedly calling the same function with different arguemtns until the end case is met, the return result is then calculated and returned
    • prototype : A way of tracking an objects methods/variables whether they are inherited or defined in the class
    • constructors : A template for creating class objects
  2. Fork and clone this repo. When you need to commit use the following commands.

    • git status
    • git add --all
    • git status
    • git commit -m "your commit message"
    • git push origin master
  3. Install dependencies using npm install. Run tests using npm test.

  4. Make the tests pass!
