gin-server-timing's Issues

Total request time

I see that we can add timings in our own code for various services that might be called such as accessing a database. In addition to this, I think it'd be really useful to track the total request processing time so that I can differentiate the server handling the request from the request being sent over the network. I could probably add a second middleware after this middleware in order to accomplish that, but it might be nice if there were a built in option that I could simply turn on instead of needing a second middleware (and it'd be nice for the option to allow me to specify the name of the total metric)

Help running

I tried to use this library in a very simple example here: benmccann/photoprism@296e2aa

I'm not seeing any header written. Am I doing something stupid? I'm an experienced developer, but this is my first time using Go. Thanks!
