Adjust for local time zone on FIT file import

FIT files (generated by a Fenix2) dumped directly into the logfile directory
import with the zone displayed being Greenwich Mean Time, when the time zone
they were created in is Welliington, NZ. Garmin Connect, though horrible to use
in all other ways, does adjust for this in the time displayed for each log

"Total Metrics" only summarises distance and time - is it possible to also
summarise the time spent in each heart rate zone (perhaps in a table as well
as/instead of a plot)? This is reported in the ride statistics
