Explains:

• Archiving an email sometimes re-appears in inbox (it's not actually there!)
• Moving an email between folders sometimes duplicates it in both (again, not actually in both)

Currently not finding update versions.

Initial request to / never happens on restart, hence removal. Needs investigation/not super urgent.

Improve fetch/push request handling

Thinking that currently when we archive it's only moving the emails in the current folder to the archive folder - needs to also move anything in the thread in other folders?

Most smtp servers will not save a copy to the sent mailbox! So do it by hand (except gmail?).

Will reduce number of files needed and read/writes associated.

Step one towards backend sync/full offline support.

Separate window, link under/above settings.

Supported by pyinstaller now, so may as well upgrade. Should be relatively painless.
