has stopped displaying the flags for some reason

The Netherlands has 12 provinces. Right now the nl folder contains 16 flags.

bq1.svg, bq2.svg and bq3.svg can be removed, as they can already be found in the bq folder, which is a better location.

aw.svg, cw.svg and sx.svg are not flags from provinces of the Netherlands. I am not sure where these belong, but not here.

This leaves us with 10 flags, these are correct. South Holland (zh) and Zeeland (ze) are missing. These 2 should be added.

SVG images should be optimized for web. I'm not use if this is already done, optimization isn't mentioned in the readme.

I don't really know anything about SVG optimization but I do know SVGO is a popular tool for doing this.

Thoughts?

I found your flag help - but cant get it to work.

I just returns with an error parse error.
Do you have any idea what happens.

This library is using this one currently. And here's the new one.

In Google Sheets I'm having a problem for fifa codes for teams that are not in fact countries but have their flag and fifa code.
For example: England (ENG), Wales (WAL), Nothern Ireland (NIR), etc...

I noticed this repository contains uk.svg, which is an unofficial country code as it's supposed to be GB. gb.svg is here too, it is identical to UK.

Shouldn't the SVG flag image of UK just be removed?

Right now, the flags.ox3.in domain just points to the GitHub Pages version of this repository. This gets the job done well enough, but it's not ideal -- GitHub isn't a CDN, and also comes with limitations such as no HTTPS for my custom domain name. Perhaps someone like MaxCDN would be willing to host this for free? Or else I could investigate hosting it myself on something like S3 (I don't think this repository is popular enough to empty my wallet).
