Remake of the classic arcade shooter using SpriteKit
If all the other aliens have been killed, the boss alien will not know when to change its direction and consequently, move offscreen indefinitely.
The boss alien goes from white to cyan and back to white, but does not continue to change color as originally intended.
If the user quits and starts a new game, the score is not reset. Instead, the score from the previous game is still visible. Points earned by the player are added to the old score.
When pausing a game, aliens continue moving and the number of bullets builds up. When the game is resumed, the bullets are all fired at once and the aliens remain motionless for the duration that the game was paused. This does not appear to happen on the simulator but does on a physical device.
On a level that features a boss, the player only needs to kill the boss and 54 aliens to move to the next level. One alien still remains.
In some cases, when a bullet touches the side of two aliens at once, both aliens will be removed. However, each bullet should only kill one at a time. The correct behavior is for the bullet to be removed once one alien has been hit. The other contact notification should be invalidated.
