It would be nice if we could style the Graphviz-generated diagrams to look a bit more like those generated by the JAM

Perhaps we could change the font to match if nothing else.

The specification document is years out of date and needs to be updated to reflect ConceptQL's current status and abilities

I create the algorithm 'DRG cancer indexdate - test' in JigSaw, we will probably need you to review this with us. In addition, could we set up a one-hour meeting with her to discuss this algorithm since it is not so straightforward? Below please find the analysis plan, #1 to #3 are related to this algorithm. 1. Inclusion criteria:

• Identify with the 1st mysuppressive chemo with any of these cancer (breast cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, NHL, ovarian cancer) in the 1yr prior and 1 month post the index date. Cancer will be defined as 1 IP or 2 OPs.
• Patients of age >=18 years

2. Exclusion criteria:

• Patients have any myelosuppressive chemo in the 1yr prior to the index date.
• Patients have multiple cancers 1yr prior and 1 month post the index date. We’ll still use the 1 IP or 2 OP (of the same cancer type) to define patient to be of a cancer type. Then look for patients with multiple cancer type.

3. The 1st chemo will be the index date. The index date of the cohort will be from 2012-2016 for DRG, OPTUM and MKSC. 1y prior to index date is baseline.

4. The outcomes are overall neulasta use and onpro use within 14 days after index date. we will need to know the % of pt had overall neulasta/onpro among the cohort.

We need to update the spec with the following information:

• information on provenance, place of service, and provider (specialty) filter
• add provenance filter short cuts
• talk about using at_least parameters in other temporal operators
• talk about deprecating certain operators (and talk about removing some operators if not already done so)

As part of outcomesinsights/jigsaw-diagram-editor#946, we need to provide a description for each operator. For those that were not already described in the document, we'll revise Appendix A and place them in there.
