create-auction-house's Issues

TypeError: Only absolute URLs are supported

Hiiiii, I would like to use the template on Polygon. I've added the .env variables. Why would I get this error?

wait - compiling...
event - compiled successfully
TypeError: Only absolute URLs are supported

Doesn't work with all ERC-721 contracts?

I deployed a copy of ERC721PresetMinterPauserAutoId.sol to Rinkeby to test out create-auction-house. It's verified on Etherscan and I minted one empty token. The token shows up on the testnet OpenSea site.

I'm able to spin up create-auction-house locally and use the Zora Rinkeby contract and I can see that everything works as expected.

When I swap the NEXT_PUBLIC_TARGET_CONTRACT_ADDRESS to the contract I deployed the page is empty and I can see that FetchStaticData.fetchZoraIndexerList in ./pages/index.tsx returns an empty array for the tokens value.

Have I missed a step? Or does Zora assume more within the Solidity contract?

yarn install doesn't work out of the box

After a fresh npx create-next-app, yarn install fails with

warning Pattern ["ethereumjs-abi@git+https://github.com/ethereumjs/ethereumjs-abi.git"] is trying to unpack in the same destination "/tmp/yarn
cache.GkPQI/v6/npm-ethereumjs-abi-0.6.8-integrity/node_modules/ethereumjs-abi" as pattern ["ethereumjs-abi@^0.6.8"]. This could result in non-deterministic b
ehavior, skipping.
error An unexpected error occurred: "Commit hash required".

Resolution was to delete yarn.lock and regenerate it with yarn install

How do I create a listing in ERC-20 instead of ETH?

I saw in the documentation that you say auctions can be denominated in any ERC20 token -- however I've cloned the repo locally and can't seem to find where you specify the contract address for the price?

Thanks!

Add wallet login to top right corner

This way we can include manage auction information in the top right corner and allow for users to login to manage their NFTs more cleanly instead of just through the list flow.

ENS compatability

I can't seem to get ENS ERC-721s to show up in 'list' or 'auction'. @tbtsl was trying to help me with this and said:

"ENS nfts are still being backfilled"

Has this been solved? Can I help?

Add Minting

An auction house is not complete without Minting. Add a minting function to this auction house
