Create a cli command that allows you to check the current settings, from the chosen listner to the information for connecting and authenticating with FreeSwitch.
This command will be useful during the debugging process of a project and also when trying to identify possible failures.

Briefly, the goal is to have a command that imports the application defined in JASPION_APP and make an analysis of the registered handles and display them in a list, associating these to their trigger events and displaying their documentation.

Because it was a new feature, I could not find a way to do it.

Sending commands is like i understand only possible when a event occurs.
It would be nice if sending an command is independently possible.
In my context i want to start a media bug later in the call not only when the caller enters the conference.
My only idea with jaspion (btw a great project!) is actual to wait for a heartbeat and send a command. But sending commands only with heartbeats would create a big delay.

Due to the automated build process, travis works only on the master branch.

Segment the work cycle by branches, maintaining the build of the master automatically, but allowing the testing of code in alternative branches.

Currently the library only allows you to perform limited tasks based on received events. The idea here is to allow new commands to be forwarded to the freeswitch, thus generating reactive activities, such as sending a message to an extension when someone registers.
