When starting dev server (npm run dev), Node.js gives the following error:

'next' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

To solve the error, run npm install react react-dom next to install next before running npm run dev.

Add new menu item: Getting Started.
Under menu one new page (with HTML anchor to different places on the same page):

For owners & procurers
For developers
For admins
For commercial partners
For end-users

Let's start with one page for all and separate them to different pages if needed.
