Create tests

Add a simple way to run test scenarios in all compile configurations, with/without JIT and crashdetect.

Test corner cases and try to find failing tests.

Multiple observers

Currently this include supports only one observer per variable. For variables, this could be as easy as allowing the observer to scan s_Code.

Probably the same can be done for arrays.
