I wonder if we should wait on this. Instead, we can send an email to the most active users of job constructor after we deploy OnDemand 3.0 and ask them if they need this data imported or if giving them a clickable link to open their older jobs in cloud commander will be sufficient.

It's not clear what this was, but I'm closing this as won't do and/or the features are going to be different in the new job composer.
