Completed the tip calculator and settings. I even added a bit of magic so that the values are updated as you type and to make the logic for resetting the default value a bit better. The one thing I wanted to do but didn't figure out was to update the text entry box with a greyed out "Enter Bill Amount Here" before clicked on, and to prepend a $ to any value that they type.

Completed the first time in about 4 hours.
Then I hamfistedly deleted everything with an errand git reset HARD before a commit.
Completed the second time around in about 1-1.5 hours.
So I got to reinforce some ideas by doing it all twice 👍 👎 :)
