Last focused tab should only become enabled if triggered Alt + Q before. If not, default action should apply to go the next tab in the list.

How to pack the extension for manual installation? (from source code)

The extension stopped working for no reason!
I am running Ubuntu and chrome Version 57.0.2987.98 (64-bit) and extension version 1.6.4.
I am running the free version of the extension.

I am currently using Chrome and a keyboard shortcut to toggle tabs. If I'm toggling between tab A and tab B and I open new tab C then immediately close it, I can no longer toggle between tab A and tab B.

I remember it used to work but recently stopped working.

If i click on the icon nothing happens, but if I use the button in the dropdown the closed tab will reopen. That's not the behavior I was expecting or hoping for. I want the last viewed and open tab to be toggled to.

As mentioned at #31, notify users about new feature. Otherwise, they won't know the there's an update and now can use multiple windows.
chrome.runtime.onInstalled.addListener(function callback) is fired when extension is installed or update.

Hi, there is an issue with Chromium base browser Brave. When click it to install it says "Installing" and I developers console there are logline:
Unchecked runtime.lastError: Access denied.

Support the shortcut across multiple windows.

Brand new install of this extension on Chrome Version 39.0.2171.65 m
Right clicking the icon brings up the menu but the Options setting is grayed out and cannot be clicked.

Currently you cannot switch between a tab that is part of a saved tab group.

Closing a chrome tab usually takes me to the tab right next to the one I closed, but with this extension enabled it takes me to the most recent tab I was on as if I had clicked the button or used the keyboard shortcut to switch to the more recently used tab.

For example
There are 4 tabs, A B C D

1. I select tab A
2. I select tab D
3. I close tab D
4. I'm taken to tab A
5. (I expect to be taken to tab C)

This used to be working correctly until a recent update to Chrome or the extension, I don't know which. I've tried removing and re-installing the extension. I'm on Chrome 65.0.3325.146 and version 9 of the plugin.

If this is a change to how the extension works and it was intended, I'd prefer to have an option to disable it.

Occasionally new tabs open in background and the current tab remains focused.

Is this extension actively maintained? If not, I would like to help maintain it since I have used it for quite a while but it's getting old and malfunctioned

It seems that after the last chrome update, switching tabs does not work for sites that are inactive for some time. When I click on one of these tabs, I see that chrome shows the Switch Last Tab extension in a "Access Requested" section of the extension manager (see screenshot below). Once I click on the tab and it becomes active, the extension no longer shows up on the "Access Requested" section and it works as intended. This seems to be new behavior. Would be great to adjust the extension such that it can still switch to the last tab even if it is inactive.

Can we have a LICENSE file pleeease? :)

After last update of my browser (or the extenstion - they seemed to happen at the same time, start of March) extenstion functionality seem to be broken in tf way:

• chrome is open on tab A; extension can switch bw tab A and tab B
• I put my macbook to sleep
• I wake it
• chrome is still open on tab A
• the extenstion doesnt work - it cannot switch bw tab A and tab B (pressing alt-q does nuttin)
• now, in order to make it work I have to go to tab B manually

Before the update it worked seamlessly, no matter how many times I closed the lid of my macbook

Hi there. Extension works like a charm and it is what I wanted.
But only problem is, that Google Chrome seems to not allow Ctrl+Tab as a shortcut option. It changes tab from 'settings' to another one.
In older version of Chrome I remember that I changed shortcut in config file and then changed permissions so that Chrome could not reassign my hotkey and Ctrl+Tab worked. In new version (65.0.3325.181) I couldn't do that. Can you guys help?

Basically issues sounds like that: "Can I somehow assign any key for your extension?".

Ever since the last update, whenever you close a tab, toggling this extension no longer works until you go to a new tab.

Before, it retained your previous tab even if you had closed a tab.

Go to Google Docs.
Start typing.

Disable extension.
Start typing.

Notice less lag.

please consider a firefox version, super useful especially for Firefox mobile.

is it possible to toggle between go to last tab on close and chrome default option? i have this gestures for my pc so is it possible to setup two gestures, one to close like default chrome and one to close to the last tab? i dont no anything about coding so sorry if i sound stupid
