Description

An application for downloading and displaying archives of weather conditions in Moscow. It should consist of three pages:

  1. The main page, which has a menu of available pages.
  2. The page for viewing archives of weather conditions in Moscow. On this page there is page-by-page navigation and the ability to view weather conditions by month and year.
  3. Download page of archives of weather conditions in Moscow. On this page you can download archives of weather conditions in Moscow. The weather conditions archive is an Excel file. After downloading, it must be disassembled and uploaded to the database for further display on the screen. You can upload either one Excel file or several at a time. If the Excel file is not parsed, the application should not crash.
