The app should log ping results for each ping to the terminal.
Metrics to be logged to the terminal include:

• ping time
• response status code
• total pings as at this ping
• total successes at this ping (in .2f%)
• total fails as at this ping (in .2f%)

A successful response is any response with its status code >=200 and <300

Set the app to receive the server URL and the time interval for checks.
Set defaults too.

Create a test server that will be used to check if the Go HTTP client is monitoring correctly.
The test server should respond with a random status code for every request made
to it and also log it to its host terminal for comparability.

The app should monitor server URLs every [interval] as specified by the
user or by default

Handle the error on the monitor's HTTP GET request gracefully for better
user experience.
Inform the user of the cause of the error and avoid displaying unfathomable errors.
