If loading an Animation file without Meshup-header (plain csv) the number of columns need to directly match the number of DOF +1 for time in the luamodel, or else a very cryptic assertion is triggered in
Animation::getKeyFrameAtFrameIndex (..), as one index is out of bound.

Suggestion: Be more flexible and use only data that is in the CSV or at least throw an understandable error message.

The function MeshupApp::parseArguments(...) tries to determine the type of file (lua, animation, forces) by looking at the ending.
While this is by itself a very questionable practise, it also fails silently if the file type cannot be determined by this function.
Please add an "else" case to at least give a warning on the console.

After having loaded an animation file and then reloading it with F5, the total duration stays the same even if changed in the file.

Build instructions and especially a list of dependencies is missing in the readme, making it hard to build without trial & error.

When minimizing and the restoring the meshup-window, the panels vanish and have to be re-enabled.

When exporting an image (series) with transparency, the background color is kept and not transparent.

When enabling/disabling the white background, an unnecessary debug message is produced.

Empty lines in the animation file in the "DATA:" Section crashes the meshup
