I should also add, turning off windows defender does not fix this.

A few questions on this:
- I assume GGST loads fine without totsugeki?
- Are you're using any mods?
It looks like the first request goes through Totsugeki fine. My guess is either Totsugeki is failing to patch the get_env request or GGST is doing something funny that I'm not accounting for.

I completely uninstalled steam, any games and most of my programs, restarted, and for some reason it works now. 🤷 Gonna close this.
