Review dictionary

Hi @larnsce, can you review the dictionary and give me feedback. There are doubles in the sanqol variables so, I am thinking of removing them (sanqol_num), that's why I didn't put a description there.

Problem with citation and pkgdown

Hey @mianzg , could you have a look at this package? I have an issue that I didn't manage to resolve, pkgdown::build_site() does not run, but I'm not sure where to start to debug it. Thank you for your help!
