Hello @BlueScreenOfREKT I was able to replicate this issue in my Windows 11 Pro environment as well using the latest DEV Daily build of v3.1.1 (thank you for sharing your files).
The lead developer will have to look into this for a resolution.
However, I found a workaround for now. I used ShutterEncoder to convert these two files back to .mp4 again. After importing those two new converted files into OpenShot the sound glitch disappeared. You probably can use VLC or HandBrake as well to convert.
Let us know if after converting your file you had a positive experience as well.

@BlueScreenOfREKT Thanks for reporting this! These audio related issues are always a nightmare to track down, lol. But it's always useful when an issue is reproducable!

@Colorjet3 Hello again. Sorry for my very late response, I had some important stuff to take care of (school, doctors, etc.)
I can confirm no audio glitch with files converted through VLC (didn't even know VLC had this feature - yeah I'm a total amateur in video editing).
I'll be deleting those files from my Google Drive now. Just write me an email if anyone would need some files where this audio glitch is happening.
