Generate documentation

Generate documentation and commands like we do on tkn but for all commands we provide.

Looking into getting `tkn` and `pac` versions

Technically it should be possible to get tkn and pac version information directly from the binary itself, similar to what knative/pkg does (see here).

Figure out CI!

only e2e tests here, since unit tests is covered atm by the upstream.

we should probably only cover additional e2e tests that are not in upstream/downstream...

we can do kind/github actions but we would not be able to test openshift specific stuff.

It would be nice if we can run them periodic here (on pr) before bumping versions and not just "downstream" before release.

maybe not dependabot dependabot or maybe dependabot but only on tkn/tkn-pac

but in any case we need some sort of pull request opener when there is a new tkn/tkn-pac version trying to bump it and see how things goes, at least for notifications that we need to bump
