Very brief Readme would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest using Markdown for the text files in the documentation. At the simplest level, simply using a .md extension instead of .txt would allow GitHub to render things like the Weekly Engineering Reports nicely when browsing the repository. Plain text is a subset of markdown, provided paragraphs are separated by blank lines (which seems to be the case at least for the weekly reports.

Please Document Spectrum Analyzer Video Streaming Mode. More efficient than mode documented currently.

.docx files are a friction point for documentation access. Converting these to Github Markdown will allow users to see them rendered in their browsers immediately without having to download a file and open in a text editor.

There is ambiguity about the number of sounding rocket tests.

Create top level single listing of sources for all the versions of LDPC decode and the channelizer.
