Adding dashboard from https://grafana.com/dashboards/5090/

The JMX CPU and memory boards are missing. We should add them.

There is no official board which fits to our data collection: https://github.com/opennms-config-modules/elasticsearch

You have right now just the ability to filter the Outage Wallboard on just one category. It would be helpful to allow filtering by selecting multiple categories.

All the dashboards we have here, were not updated to run on Grafana 10.

The boards don't have a data source selector.
So they are binded on one specific data source.
If you have 2 or more ONMS instance you have to duplicate the board which is really ugly.

But Grafana has a variable type datasource which can be used as source selector.
