Hello,
Thanks very much @labarba for the suggestion. I've added those I've been able on 1cac024 but there are a few I cannot find them and I'm not sure they actually have any. In those cases, I've provided the url
field to the official source. In the case of books, I've used the doi
entry in bibtex, but entered ISBN:XXX
with the book's ISBN. Happy to iterate if this is not the common practice, but I'm not sure all the entries have a DOI. Thanks!

field for ISBNs (that turns into a broken link). The two "missing DOIs" suggested by whedon
are false leads.
