Description

LevelHub is a self-hosted fediverse software that allows any community to run its own instance of CaaS (Community as a Service) software. The initial idea is derived from the Mastodon model and Subsquare. We want LevelHub to have its own niche. Hence, we would focus more on the Web3 community instead. Some basic functionalities of the platform can be:

Self-hosted community instance

Every self-hosted community instance can communicate with each other. Does not matter how many servers are hosted using the open-source stack, each of them must be able to communicate as a P2P instance.

• Is it a parachain?
• Or is it just a P2P node? Where to store data?
• How about the data availability issue of each community instance?

Feature of a single community instance

We want it to be a super app that has functionalities of these three above referenced app

• Proposing ideas like the Product Hunt platform (As a Fediverse, ideas belong to a single community but there is still an ability to cross share compete with others)
• Contribute to earn functionalities => Requires governance (Proposing good ideas also receives a reward)
• Make use of the OpenGov of Polkadot (do we need to integrate pallet for this?)
• Ranking system between community members
• Proof of attendance NFT for events and workshops
• Proof of contribution for projects and open-source contribution
