Probably as a meta item. Could potentially be an id on the resolution element itself.

These are all over the place, such as:

• lastname (office)
• lastname, firstname middleinitial (office)
• lastname, firstname (office)
• Alderman lastname, firstname

etc. We should standardize a name format.

Extend the abstract model to a concrete model specifically for Chicago. This would be created similar to the concrete model in the USLM User Guide, but tailored to Chicago instead of the US House of Representatives.

Right now we're using generic levels with a role attribute, but this isn't the cleanest way to publish the data.

Do we need a dc:rights meta?

Such as in the resolved level of R2012-903.xml

Right now I'm using:

<level role="furtherResolved">

We need to think through the naming here. These will be the start of the Chicago extension of the Core model.

It looks like the US House is using the preamble for these sections:

We're going to need sponsor ids on top of ward offices. These need to be GUIDs (Globally Unique Identifiers) as referenced in the USLM User Guide.

How can we generate these?

Not really sure what attribute to use here...
