CVAT build "failed to solve" on ffmpeg step about cvat HOT 4 OPEN

All I did was run the following:
docker compose -f docker-compose.yml -f docker-compose.dev.yml -f components/serverless/docker-compose.serverless.yml up -d --build

I don't know if that will reproduce the error for you, but it causes the error for me.

Internally we build it often on different machines and do not meet such the error. I do not now how to help if we are unable to reproduce.

But this error:

2.531 gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file

seems like the .tar.gz file was not fully downloaded. Maybe networking issues. I may recommend only to try install with another network adapter (e.g. connect to smartphone wi-fi).

Hmmm, everything else works fine though. And it fails on the same step consistently at different times on different days. If it were networking I would expect the failures to be more random where I get unexpected end of files at other build steps. Just to be safe though, I skipped my network extenders and just connected through the main router. Same issue. No matter what I do, it always fails at the ffmpeg step.

Is it using some cached version of the file on subsequent builds? If so, how would I force a fresh build and have it re-download everything?
