[BUG ๐Ÿž] Make the Navbar Responsive

Description

Issue Title: Make the Navbar Responsive on Mobile Devices

Issue Description:

I intend to contribute to this project repo and open this issue to address the need for a responsive navbar, specifically on mobile devices. A responsive navbar is essential to ensure a seamless and user-friendly navigation experience for mobile users.

Contributions:

My contributions to the project will include:

  • Implementing responsive design principles to adapt the navbar for mobile devices.
  • Ensuring that the navbar remains accessible and functional on small screens.
  • Organizing the navigation menu to provide an optimal user experience for mobile users.

Rationale:

A responsive navbar on mobile devices is important for the following reasons:

Enhanced Mobile User Experience:

With a growing number of users accessing websites on mobile devices, a responsive navbar is crucial to provide them with a smooth and accessible navigation experience.

Improved Accessibility:

A responsive design ensures that the navbar and its contents are easy to interact with on smaller screens, making the project more inclusive.

Additional Information (if available):

If there are specific design preferences, navigation requirements, or any guidelines for implementing the responsive navbar, please provide them to help align the project with your vision.

Please consider this issue as my commitment to contribute to the project by making the navbar responsive for mobile devices.

feature: more interactive nav link

I have this cool nav link idea.

I could improve it for you.

my plan is to bring the nav link little bit down and after the user moves little bit down the nav link will go up and display will then turn sticky and the background of nav-link should have alpha value 80. That is they should have 50% transparency and their size should also be reduced somewhat to give a larger space for much of the website.

[BUG] Change the services nav bar button to projects.

Describe the bug

Open code ear is a community of developers, and we have few projects that we can list in our website.
As of now we don't have any active services. They are projects, so we can rename the services button to "projects".

This requires #6 to be solved first, but till then we'll simply use the list of repositories on GitHub.
link to list of repositories - https://github.com/orgs/OpenCodeEra/repositories

Expected behavior

"Projects" section points to the repositories in organization.

[BUG ๐Ÿž] <Twitter and Instagram logo>

Description

Issue Description:
In the footer section,
On clicking the Instagram or the twitter logo, it lands on the homepage of the website itself. This can be misleading.

2023-10-23_21-59-59-816.mp4

Proposed changes:
An ideal solution to this would be providing the Instagram and twitter link. Incase, the links are not present, removing the 2 logos altogether.

[Feature Request] Styling of the user-input form

272084270-fc2fbffe-6f46-491d-9a2e-cf3b172084de

The user input form on the right hand side in the attached screenshot is very basic in style.
Please assign this issue to me under label of Hacktoberfest, will re-style it and raise the PR.

[Feature] UI/UX styling fixes in "Contact us" section.

We should make some adjustments to the contact us section. (styling for better UI)
image

Describe the solution you'd like

  • change the color of the "Contact Us" heading to white. ( we can also change the heading to - "Get in Touch!")
  • increase the font size
  • align the form labels and text to left

Feel free to drop your suggestions as well.

[Improvement] Consistency in design

Describe the bug

We can make the header and footer consistent by using the same coloring scheme.

[BUG ๐Ÿž] Footer Link Cursor Issue: Default Cursor Instead of Pointer

Description

Issue Description:
In the project's footer, there is a cursor-related usability issue. When hovering over the link in the footer, it currently displays the default cursor (usually an arrow), which may not intuitively convey that it's a clickable link to users. To improve user experience and accessibility, it's advisable to change the cursor to the pointer cursor (usually a hand) to indicate its clickability.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the project's website.
  2. Scroll down to the footer section.
  3. Hover over the link in the footer.

Expected Behavior:
When hovering over the link in the footer, the cursor should change to the pointer cursor, indicating that it's a clickable link.

Actual Behavior:
The cursor remains as the default arrow cursor when hovering over the link.

Additional Information:
Please consider making this change to improve the overall user experience.
Adding the pointer cursor will make it more intuitive for users to identify clickable links.
This change aligns with best practices for web usability.

Suggested Solution:
I suggest modifying the CSS for the footer link to include the following style:
cursor: pointer

[BUG ๐Ÿž] Improve FAQ Accordion Interaction for Enhanced User Experience

Description

Issue Title: Improve FAQ Accordion Interaction for Enhanced User Experience

Issue Description:

I am eager to contribute and have created this issue to address a specific concern related to the FAQ accordion component. Currently, the accordion opens only when the small toggle button is clicked, which can impact user experience. I aim to enhance the interaction by making it possible to open the accordion by clicking on the question itself. Additionally, I intend to simplify the code for this feature.

Proposed Changes:

My contributions to the project will include the following:

  • Modify the FAQ accordion interaction to open when a user clicks on the question text.
  • Ensure a simplified and clean code implementation for this interaction change.

Rationale:

Improving the FAQ accordion interaction is essential for the following reasons:

Enhanced Usability:

Allowing users to open the accordion by clicking on the question text provides a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

Code Simplification:

Simplifying the code ensures that the project remains maintainable and clean, contributing to its long-term health.
