Autoupdate model documentation from schema

Once the JSON Schema is in it's separate repository, an update hook should be set up that keeps the schema files the server uses for entity documentation up to date.

Seeding for papers appears to be incorrect

Papers should not have thousands of consultations. Currently, the seeding process assigns hundreds or even thousands of consultations per paper, which is a false representation of reality.

Client sollten per default JSON bekommen

Aktuell müssen Clients entweder den accept: application/json Header mitschicken oder ?format=json an jede URL anhängen.
Das default Format sollte JSON sein. Mit ?format=html sollte man die HTML Ausgabe aktivieren können. In der HTML Ausgabe sollte der Server dann an alle URLs automatisch ?format=html anhängen, damit man weiterhin bequem auf die URLs klicken kann und wieder die HTML Ausgabe bekommt.
