藏块问题和退出问题
看了下 layer 2 解决方案，想请教两个问题：
- 如果 collector 藏块，提交了新的 state到主链，但是 challenger 无法获得区块信息，从而无法构造欺诈证明怎么办？
- 如果 collector 被证明了欺诈，主链可以 slash 掉 collector 质押的资产，但是用户已经 deposit 的钱咋办？还有办法拿回来么？
