Version(s) 1.0.17 core with 1.0.3 theme

Current behavior

$.sortable and filepond is not working / missing.

How to reproduce

just install & activate vuze 1.0,3

Expected behavior

all libs should be loaded correctly (maybe some error because we moved to npm / yarn - check all paths)

Remove Uppy and all test scripts

There is still a lot of test code and upload related javascript within the theme. please remove.

Its not really buggy, but ugly.
