Turn off autocomplete of > to >

I recently reached out to the folks at Panic because I thought there was an issue with their latest update, but they were unable to reproduce the problem on a stock Nova installation. They did go through my extensions though and were able to reproduce the issue when the Handy extension was enabled.

The issue is that, when I go to type the closing character of an HTML tag, in other words the greater than sign, lately it's been auto-completing to > upon pressing the return key. You can see this behavior in this screen recording.

I did as Panic suggested and tested with the Handy extension disabled, and indeed the problem went away so I'm fairly certain it is related to Handy.

Any way to turn of conversion of > to > when it comes to closing tags?
