Just letting you know that there is an issue and its with the PHP7.0+ opcache that breaks oauth which creates the look that on first request works just fine but returns a 500 error ever request after.
I've confirmed the issue in PHP7.1 & 7.2 as well. A quick work around is to disable opcache in php but this isn't advisable for applications that need to scale.
