Create a skeleton file that can act as a tutorial or a reminder of the useful bookdown and markdown-related syntax.

Give the chunk a label, and improve the header within the chunk

Make sure yaml parameters are same in book and in report (make it consistent)

Change the name of the following: inst/rmarkdown/templates/thesis -> inst/rmarkdown/templates/book or notebook

Add this in reporttemplate.tex's preamble.

Add theorem styles and amsthm package to tex templates.

Retain the thesis template, but create a new template that is more general.

I don't like the default. Consider making it more consistent with the title page.

Try creating skeleton code to mesh with beamer presentation.
