It looks like some form attributes are mixed together

Not sure that we should make birthday and citizenship mandatory fields on the member sign up page. See image.

There are a number of issues with the publisher profile page. See image attached.

1. Interests should be changed to "Content Areas"

2. The section titled Your Entry Points should not appear at all.

3. Spaces between Mission: and About: (see image)
   

There's a typo after "date" on the Add Publication page. See image below.

Text needs to change to: Open Learning Exchange Collection Development Tool. The address is the same. See image.

On the Add Publisher page the Email ID and Logo are mandatory fields. They should be optional.

We get the following error "This Record Already Inserted" when adding the below. As well, they do not show up on the list.

There are two typos on the header as follows:

My Account and Log Out

I get errors when editing a member profile. After editing the profile I also get errors when displaying the member record. Image 1 are the errors when trying to update the record. Image 2 are the errors what appear when viewing the profile after making edits.

I added two publishers successfully. However, it will not accept a third publisher. I have tried 3 times.
