Here's some ideas I've been collecting.
- non-absolute paths in task inputs
- docker daemon errors are logged

container path is predictably related to the input URL - case sensitivity of message keys (imageName vs imagename vs image_name vs ImageName)
- job start/end time are set
- missing keys should fail gracefully, i.e. message validation. At one point, a missing volume def caused a segfault/panic
- stdout/err logs
- directory download/upload

Test that ports are correctly mapped and returned from GetJob.ports were removed from the spec

- case where input/output TES type (FILE, DIRECTORY) doesn't match the type in the filesystem (e.g. input.Type == Directory but path points to a file)

I think we're done here. We have a robust test suite and can open issues for specific cases.
