The data processing code should

• receive as input an S3 address for the API token
• retrieve the token from there, if not fail with Permission errors whatever

We could refactor all code here using just files and s3, with something as simple as

files.remote.download(url, file).map { f =>
  s3.request.paranoidPutFile(s3Client)(f, s3Obj, partSize)
}
