m3rr1k - I just tested my Nexus 7 (2013) but with a different card (TPLINK) and I don't have any issues with Wifite. The error looks a lot like a usb disconnect kernel panic, which is a known problem with that model above Android 4.4.3. It also occurs if you don't ifconfg wlan1 down before disconnect. Could you try to see if you can cause the error again with a handshake?

xe4l - Could we also get the /proc/last_kmsg. I'm not having any issues either with WPS in wifite.

The issue occurs consistently. Upon further inspection the device reboots right after it sends a deauth. /proc/last_kmsg essentially looks the same.

m3rr1k - This error is probably related to changes to Android 4.4.3+ with the wlan host drivers. I have been unable to pinpoint a fix for this problem. An alternative would be me building a new kernel (based on kitkat-mr0) then switching to Android 4.4.2 to test a new build.

The n7 2013 has some known kernel issues and it appears this might be related.

I have troubleshooted this issue with the nexus 7 and the alfa.... I have figured out it is a power issue causing the device to reboot.... it cant crank enough power for the alfa and s**t's itself.... basically when I try to use OTG cables that inject power with the nexus I have no luck.... I have tried several diff brands of cable... what I was able to figure out was that if i took a regular usb otg cable and a split usb cable (one with two usb ends) I can inject power that way... it actually charges the tablet as well and the device does not reboot and completes its attacks....
since its not really ideal to have it pluged into the corner of the wall in some spot.... I tried using a USB external power bank and was able to get successful results that way as well (it outputs at 5v 1000ma... have not tested with 500ma stuff) the only thing is it still reboots after unhooking the alfa and that I have yet to look into.... hope this was helpful.
