Yes, I've been busy but it's good to hear from you again.
I'm wondering if something happened during your install. Are you using Android 4.4.4 stock and do a complete wipe before flashing? If you are comfortable with multirom I know Cyangoenmod does work (although they just had 0 day today).
You should be able to run "su" from the command line and there should be a /data/local/bin/busybox. Did you flash the latest SuperSU in TWRP?

Solved - I noticed that the first line of the bootkali script pointed busybox=data/local/bin/busybox but I didn't have it installed there - I have mine installed on /system/bin once i changed the variable a lll is well. I never even saw it in the command - I thought the 51 meant line number and seeing how it was only 49 lines long i was like WTF. But all is good now. I will test and play with it and give your feed back.
