There is a Doxyfile and I have started writing the documentation, but it is scarce at best.

How do I store data, SQL, a .csv file?
Research and implement.

It might be beneficial to not re-open and close the logfile everytime.

There is no project without the physical curcuitry, get it built and documented!

Should I make a dockersetup for this project to make it easily portable to the Pi?

Probably my prefered way of communication is through a MOSI serial interface. Is this doable with the GPIO pins and my solution to reading them or the interface too slow for it to work?

Is the current project structure good enough or do I need to find a better way to store my classes and interfaces?

If someone would want to use this, there should be a list of parts needed to get started.

Without reading some sensor data, this is useless. Fix this!

Maybe this is the natural step after the Docker setup.

One cannot read temperature out of thin air! So writing some code for the MCU and making that interface with the Raspberry Pi is essential.

Say you want to switch to a AVR with that is 16-bit or 32-bit. There should be a way to easily change the word size of the entire system.

The temperature sensor should have it's own datatype for easy management.
