Monaco editor scrolling in firefox is not working via scroll wheel or touch pad.

Steps to reproduce the behavior (using firefox):

1. Enter editor mode
2. Select either ubiq or ethereum classic api (to overflow editor)
3. Attempt to scroll

Other means of scrolling (manually clicking the scroll bar/controls, keyboard shortcuts) are fine.

Attempting to load a page directly via url (e.g /d0x/ubiq) results in a 404 as /ubiq does not exist on server (it has no index.html). Normally this would be handled in the web server config (nginx, caddy etc) but is not possible on github pages.

Additional context
the mode in vue-router should be read from ENV allowing it to be easily configured to suit the production environment.
