Add code to handle xml file parsing errors
Enhancements- Get job runs based on zone/leases
Track testcases failing at high frequency
Display the testcases failing with its frequency for a selected CI and in the particular time range
Example:
Selected CI is 4.13 libvirt and date range is 2024-01-04 to 2023-12-20
Output:
- The HAProxy router pods [apigroup:route.openshift.io] should be scheduled on different nodes [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel] - 4
- [bz-etcd][invariant] alert/etcdHighCommitDurations should not be at or above info -2
- [sig-api-machinery][Feature:ClusterResourceQuota] Cluster resource quota should control resource limits across namespaces [apigroup:quota.openshift.io][apigroup:image.openshift.io] [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel] -1
Add support for SNO jobs

There is a error occurring while executing CI_Jobhistroy.py for fetching the builds of heavy builds CI in the specified date range.
Add docstring for all the functions
Develop a Function to check if specifically mentioned testcases are failing in any of builds
Enhancement: Track and report the testcases which are failing at high frequency for past "n" builds.
Develop a function to get all the testcase failures from different testsuites and store them in a single variable
Developing this function will reduce the redundant code/functions and will greatly help in developing functions for tracking testcases failing at high frequency.
