it would be really helpful (and imo worth it) to have man in the base images

We should be able to upgrade everything running in a container to bullseye by adding the config here then updating what they refer to.

I discovered this the hard way when upgrading RT. I got it to work with msmtp (see ocf/rt#28) so that should be included.

I think we'd want to include these repos in our apt sources to be able to install packages from backports if we want to:

it might be nice to have like a frontend for biohazard so we can see what images are in the registry

This way we can type theocf/debian and get a Debian jessie image, much like how debian alone gives you a Jessie image.
