I happened to notice that the URLs for legislation introduced on Apr 26th were not available even though they appeared in the Open Legislation API.

For example, the following URL 404's https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/bills/2023/A9921

This affects assembly bills from A9882... onward and senate bills from S9104... onwards (and all updates on existing bills since the 26th).

I haven't seen this happen before so I wanted to flag it in case it was previously unknown.

Previously, there were pages available on nysenate.gov for individual senate districts. The URLs matched this format: https://www.nysenate.gov/district/${district}, e.g. https://www.nysenate.gov/district/13. These pages no longer exist, and now redirect to the https://www.nysenate.gov homepage.

The NYC Boundaries Map, an open source tool I help maintain, relies on these /district/ links to direct users to accompanying information when they query a particular district. An issue was filed in our repo in August flagging this problem.

Are there new /district/ pages that are available? If not, could they be reintroduced?
