Environment grails 2.3.5, groovy 2.2.1

The format parameter is always null.
Changing parameter name is ok.

Exporting PDF format:

1. The last row is omitted (try with one or two rows).
2. The first page hasn't the page number.

I'm not able to change paper orientation; i tryed "rtf.orientation": "landscape" but it doesn't work (with PDF format "pdf.orientation": "landscape" works)

The extra alien fields "$changedProperties", "instanceGormInstanceApi", "instanceGormValidationApi", "staticGormStaticApi" are added to the export.

Being a popular plugin, can we move the source to https://github.com/gpc ?

Is it possible to export more than 65k rows to excel with this plugin? I have Excel 2013 and it allows up to a million rows to be exported (given no memory issues). However, when I export more than 65k of rows I get: Message: The maximum number of rows permitted on a worksheet been exceeded.

I even changed the MIME type to match the default one for xlsx but that did not make a difference.
