Failed to Install the dStar

I try to install the dStar after successfully cloning it, but it is failed to installed after entering the constants installation step. What should I do to fix it? Thank you for your answers

Git LFS should be required to install

This is not bug or actual error, but since data are tracked by git-lfs, if git-lfs is not installed, then can't install dStar. Thus, denote git-lfs as prerequisites may be better for newbies.

Implement ability to generate a physically reliable atmosphere model with an arbitrary composition

To increase the impact of dStar's science, we need atmosphere models with arbitrary composition. This, for example, can help it to couple with hydrodynamic stellar evolution codes like MESA or Kepler, providing a feedback loop that leads to more consistent, high-fidelity models of compact object phenomena.

This issue will track and aid in the implementation.
